European Voluntary
Service (EVS) is the European Commission's project
that allows a young person (18–30 years) to become a
volunteer in another country for a specified period,
normally between 2–12 months. The European Voluntary
Service (EVS) was founded in 1996.

Serviciul European de
Voluntariat (SEV) constituie programul Comisiei
Europene care permite unei persoane cu varsta intre
18-30 ani sa devina voluntar intr-o alta tara,
pentru o anume perioada, de obicei intre 2 si 12
luni. Serviciul European de Voluntariat a fost
fondat in 1996.

Until now it had a major
positive impact on more than 30.000 young
volunteers. It sustained their personal and
professional development. It was intended to foster
solidarity and mobility among young Europeans and
help them become more active citizens, and provide
them with a formative experience, for which a
certificate is issued.

remarcat un impact pozitiv major asupra a 30.000 de
tineri voluntari, fiind un adevarat sprijin pentru
dezvoltarea lor personala si profesionala. A fost
destinata pentru a sustine solidaritatea si
mobilitatea intre tinerii europeni si pentru ai
ajuta sa devina cetateni mai activi, asigurandu-le o
experienta de neuitat, validata printr-un certificat
de participare.

EVS offers volunteers not
only the chance to live and work in another country
in Europe but also a unique opportunity to become
involved in significant work accomplished by NGO’s,
communities or organizations.

SEV ofera voluntarilor nu
numai sansa de a trai si de a lucru intr-o alta tara
din Europa dar si sansa unica de a fi implicati
intr-o munca importanta in cardul ONG-urilor,
comunitatilor sa a organizatiilor.

Volunteering abroad can
be regarded as an exciting experience and as a real
challenge. Travelling with EVS opens us new
opportunities, while offering support for anyone
regarding pre-departure training, problems or
suggestions.
There is a wide range of
placement programs available all across Europe, able
to suit every volunteer.

tarii poate fi privit ca o experienta palpitanta dar
si o adevarata provocare. Calatoriile cu SEV deschid
noi oportunitati, in timp ce ofera sprijin pentru
fiecare, in ceea ce priveste training inainte de
plecare, posibile probleme sau sugestii.
Exista o arie vasta de
programe de plasament disponibile in Europa, pentru
fiecare voluntar in parte.

An essential point that
is worth mentioned is that all costs are covered, no
financial contribution is required. The volunteers
enrolled in this program gain skills, experience and
have the chance to improve their language skills.

acest program isi imbunatatesc abilitatile,
experienta si au posibilitatea de a-si imbunatati
competentele lingvistice.

Service aims to develop young people's solidarity,
active engagement and mutual understanding, all in
the framework of a charitable work.

randul tinerilor, angajamentul activ si intelegerea
reciproca, toate acestea fiind incluse in structura
muncii caritabile.
